Time Management & Organization (5-19-25 330PM Time)


Description
So much to do, so little time; or so you thought! In this course, you can take back control of your time by learning about procrastination, identifying your time wasters, and discovering tools that can help you organize. You will learn to estimate, visualize, and prioritize based on your values and goals, and will create a personalized plan for managing your time – let’s do this!

This course will run from 5/19-6/22/2025
Seminars will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30-4:30p

By the end of this course, users should be able to...

1) Recognize the importance of time management and organization
2) Recognize the causes of procrastination
3) Identify your time wasters
4) Describe techniques to overcome procrastination
5) Outline strategies for reducing time wasters
6) Identify priorities (based upon values and goals)
7) Present a personalized plan for managing your time
